Our properties are managed by RST & Associates (“RST”) who operate their own websites, which will be subject to their own privacy policy and terms of use. We may also release your data in order to comply with a lawful court order or other legal or regulatory requirement. If we or one of our properties undergoes a merger or sale, we may also have to transfer your data to the new owner or entity.
